Fast picking of Single Pick Orders

A new feature is available for pick of orders with a a single line and a single item. This is a case that typical is seen at B2C Web Shops where a lot of the orders contains a single article.

A typical way of picking web and other small orders are by batch picking multiple orders using a pick cart. This works fine for many orders, but might be less effient for single item orders. The new feature allows:

  1. Create a pick cart with only single pick orders.
  2. Pick all the orders to a single box.
  3. Consolidate all the orders in the SHARK Consolidation Window by scanning each item one-by-one. When an item is scanned, SHARK will automatically assign an order.

This setup means that a separate box is not required for each order, that might limit the number of orders picked in the same batch to for example 12 orders, instead the limitation is only the practically total volume of the all the orders picked.

it also make the consolidation easier, because all the single pick orders does not need to be consolidated with goods from different zones.
