Configuration
Customize the Configuration
The integration is implemented as a Groovy script, that can be modified to meet special requirements.
Setting up Services and Package Types.
Printer Setup
The label is generated by nShift in the ZPL format. It is printed by SHARK using the Document System.
The label is printed to the same PC from where the Order is consolidated. There must be defined a printer on this pc, named “nShift” to make it work. The label can be printed to an IP address or a share name, so it does not have to be physically on that PC. The purpose is the label is printed close to where the order is consolidated.
To make it work, create a printer in SHARK where:
Host | Name of the PC where the order is consolidated. |
Name | Always “nShift” |
The rest of the setup is normal printer setup. The printer can be a TCP printer or printing to a Windows share name.
Please note that after the configuration is changed, it might be required to restart the PC.
Reprint a label
The transport label is printed using the Document System. It is possible to reprint a label from the Document Manager, find the document, right click and choose “resend”.
